1 ON 1 MEETINGS
Meetings with individual athletes can address any number of topics, including, but not limited to, confidence, consistency, concentration, and emotional control. The content of these meetings is confidential, giving athletes the opportunity to speak openly and honestly.
These workshops can be for full teams or smaller groups. Workshops typically include discussions and activities tailored to the needs of the group.
The NPA includes three meetings with the coaching staff. The pre-season meeting is intended to determine the needs and goals of the team. The mid-season meeting is to discuss progress towards meeting those needs and goals, as well as making any necessary adjustments for the latter part of the season. The post-season meeting will include a regular season debrief and post-season/playoff preparation.
These meetings can address mental performance of the coaching staff, concerns regarding team cohesion, or any other topics the coaches see fit. Coach consultations ultimately aim to focus on the specific needs of team staff, but can be used to address any needs or concerns brought forth by the coaches.
RESOURCE EMAIL BLAST
The email blast will be sent to all players and/or coaches biweekly. It will include a list of resources (e.g., quotes, videos, books, podcasts, social media accounts, etc.) that players and coaches are encouraged to explore as they so choose.
